    I would probably not have seen this otherwise, and it is an excellent summation of the uselessness of an “ethics code” with no teeth. And the comments are great as well, like the guy who posted that the requirements for any judge, justice or magistrate to recuse is already a part of US Code (28 U.S. Code § 455) – so why aren’t they already holding themselves to federal law in these matters?
