There’s not a lot of info on it. I tried translating the Cyrillic to see if it said but it only reads “Cylindrical magazine ?П.П.Похопова¿ chambered for standard TT pistol cartridge June 1942”.

The standard TT pistol means the Soviet Tokarev which is chambered in 7.25x25mm Tokarev.

The modern PP-19 Bizon features a 64 rd helical magazine but it’s chambered in 9x18mm Makarov.

I’m unsure if they’re the same length. I’m sure someone wiser than me could do the math.

My cop out guess-timate would be more than 40 less than 100.

That’s what I got while translating the letters directly but I’m unsure of it’s meaning. My first guess is that’s the name of the designer, who I don’t know.

Yes, “P.P.Prokhorov’s cylindrical magazine”. Don’t recognise the name either, probably some buro engineer.
