This is a super simple recipe that I enjoy making on the Blackstone:
- Butter both sides of each piece of bread
- Using a cup or cookie cutter, cut out the center of the bread
- Place on griddle at medium-high heat (place the cutout pieces on as well)
- Crack an egg into the cutout section of the bread
- Cook until eggs are at preferred consistency (I like over-medium)
- Season with salt and pepper (and hot sauce) and serve - use the cutout pieces to dunk in the egg yolk
