The strength component includes handstand push-ups, muscle-ups, ring dips, and chest-to-bar pull-ups. The metcon is a challenging combination of ring muscle-ups, handstand push-ups, and chest-to-bar pull-ups. Scale as needed to maintain proper form and intensity.
