Today’s workout is focused on improving your strength and conditioning. Start with a comprehensive warmup that includes dynamic stretching, mobility exercises, activation drills, and skill work. Then, move on to the strength component which consists of cleans at 75% of your 1-rep max, followed by a superset of Romanian deadlifts and bent over rows. Finish off with a high-intensity metcon consisting of 4 rounds of running, kettlebell swings, and burpees over the kettlebell. Stay hydrated and push yourself to give your best effort throughout the workout.
