If you own marble it up already, you get this upgrade for free. From their websites FAQ:
"What if I own Marble It Up! already?
If you already own Marble It Up! on Steam, you will automatically be granted Ultra in your library upon release.Current unlocks and progress will be retained in Marble It Up! Classic.
For owners on Nintendo Switch, we’ll be sharing more information on how to grab Ultra free of charge. (You’ll also be getting the preorder bonus!)"
