That’s the most Nvidia thing I’ve seen
Especially since they could gone with good ol’ bug fixes and performance improvements, if the devs are too lazy to write a changelog.
(They did not do that: https://www.gamingonlinux.com/2024/01/nvidia-53515405-for-linux-brings-a-few-bug-fixes/)
At best, I could imagine that their bosses demand a changelog of a certain length, but are just completely clueless about what’s actually being worked on.
