    I’ll believe it when I see it. If California can solve its housing shortage we could be in for an economic and population boom the likes of which the US hasn’t seen in decades. But that’s a big if.

    I like all those rules. And the rich subsidizing it with taxes.

    And then we find where the compromises must be and make them. We need to solve this.

    The NIMBY part has to go, though.
