The MN Department of Revenue just announced the application won’t be available today, BMTN hasn’t updated their article as of the time I’m posting this. I’ve been hitting F5 for almost three hours, I’m going to go take a nap.

It was like getting Taylor Swift tickets. I was on two computers trying to get it up and running. I got so close so many times.
I never got past the MN residency/non-dependent question page. :(
I’ll probably try again when they re-open it because I’m low income enough to maybe still get it if most of the people who did get through this time are wealthier.
I don’t think anyone really got through. But keep applying.
