yes^^ you can follow a lemmy account from mastodon and their posts and replies will show up on your timeline like any other account
And curiously, for a change, I can see the image here on Hubzilla.
Just found out something new: If you follow a lemmy account from mastodon, you also receive notifications if that account upvotes any posts your made in a lemmy community by tagging it. As followers aren’t a thing on lemmy, technically you would be able to track if that account upvotes your posts without them knowing. Is that something to worry about…?
