    Looks good!

General question: Should we include the recipe for each post?

Pictures of cocktails are nice, but why not build a knowledge base here?

I’m of the mindset that for famous or well known cocktails that recipes shouldn’t be required. Especially considering the amount of old fashions (no hate) that I see posted. It would be the same general mix over and over. If I changed it, or did something uncommon then I agree on having it required. That said… while growing an instance/group lowering the barrier for content that’s within the parameters but is still quick to post is a better way to get it going. Some of the subs I was on before had that problem when they created specific rules that increased the barrier of entry and it kills momentum.

That said it’s always the desires of the group/instance so really it’s just one man opinion.

Recipes are encouraged but not yet required. Once we have a solid user base & more activity will probably change it, ask people to use the weekly thread or synch posts for when they want to just say or show what they are drinking but not all the details, and require picture and recipe, for drink posts like this.

Letting the sub just grow for now, it’s slowly going in the right direction IMO. Comments on this policy are welcome, the community belongs to the subscribers!
