The meat might be salvageable for a chicken salad type of thing. Won’t be great, but edible and not bad is sometimes okay.
Can also pull the meat off the bone and soak it in some apple cider vinegar and see if it’ll work that way. Again, won’t be something amazing, but I’ve rescued meat that would otherwise be wasted that way. Sometimes, when the meat gets more dried than burnt, it can even end up good with a bit of moisture returned. It’s usually a little chewy, but not too much.
Due to only 2 pieces of chicken being burned to a crisp, I see nothing wrong here.
