Truth uses the Mastodon backend and they’ve opened up their developments. The design of their app looks very attractive. Why aren’t independent developers doing a fork of this network?
Transferring the design to some sort of Mastodon app would be cool too.

Short answer: The people behind that thing are repellant.
Are we talking UI elements?
Because if we are I doubt anyone wants their instance to look anything like Tr.Social.
Why is that?
Because the people who use that site as well as the creator of it are repulsive and others don’t want to be associated with it.
Why do you think people would not want to be associated with that site?..
