The game is Redneg Allstars, from Outside, the makers of Cosmo Dreamer and Like Dreamer.

While this counts as news, the dev’s explanation is kinda… vague? And the storefronts aren’t talking, so at this point I’d say keep your powder dry. I’m sure we’ll see more details as time goes on, so it’s probably not worth speculating over what the specific “expression issues” are.
