Cannon Beach, a popular spot in Oregon, has reopened after a large cougar was spotted Sunday walking on the rocks that overlook the area. Officials say the animal was likely hunting birds at low tide.

    If they do not have a companion seagul it is not a real mountain lion and you’re free to engage.
