Yeah, memes such as this are propaganda, they build morale and inspire people towards a side
They have their place, if it weren’t for stuff like that, you’d feel more alone with your thoughts
(And for the record, propaganda is a dirty word these days, but the literal definition of it is something that should be done, so long as it isn’t rooted in lies. After all, the allies in WW2 did plenty of propaganda as well, and chances are you wouldn’t call that a bad thing now)
Well, there isn’t much either side did in WWII that I call good. But humans will be humans.
In this case, regular people (in theory) sharing memes isn’t really propaganda if they believe in the cause. Even if they aren’t willing to act.
Then do something about the people that did, because when they come for you the memes won’t be much help.

I think the allies did a pretty good thing by fighting fascism and the nazis
Ideologically sure. But bombing civilians, atomic bombs, killing surrendered troops…
