As if they weren’t expensive enough…I haven’t willingly been in any Kroger owned grocery store in years because they’re all too damn high.

Oh yeah this is it! Seeing that you could go anywhere in the world was a first for me. I was in awe watching my cousin play on his new Xbox 360 that night. The graphics were astounding and the gameplay was unlike anything I ever saw before.

My brother and I only had the original Xbox at this time but we discovered that Morrowind was available to us for it and so we got that to help the urge we felt.

It wasn’t quite the same hype, but man I’m glad in hindsight so I had more appreciation for the series as a whole. We were still floored away by Morrowind and what we could do.

We were absolutely ready and hyped for 11/11/11. Man that was a night we couldn’t wait for.

Ubisoft solidified my position.

I pay for Ghost Recon Wildlands. I play the game a lot, rack up hundreds of hours. I go to a location that doesn’t have internet access available and am told I need to go online to play single player campaign. Ubisoft Connect says I need to be online to play the game. Try putting it into Offline mode and it still says I need to be online to activate a game I have paid for years ago and put hundreds of hours into. I use my shitty mobile phone 2G whatever speed to email Ubisoft support about the issue. Ubisoft support tells me to put the Ubisoft client into offline mode.

…do you know who doesn’t have this issue? People who pirate the game.

If I ever play another Ubisoft game, it will be pirated.

I’m in a similar boat. I have the password and I even have access to the recovery email, but because I have an old phone number, I’m locked out. It’s infuriating because I have a video I want to delete but can’t access anymore.

And I’m assuming that $610,000 came out of taxpayer funds, didn’t it?

This is the crazy part for me. Sometimes I’ll just sit there and stare at a part I designed and printed and just be in awe that this was in my brain a few hours ago and now I’m actually holding it in my hands. Well maybe not this exactly, but as close as I could come to what I was thinking of.

Haven’t made any money from mine nor did I ever intend to. Well, the thought has crossed my mind, but I get more of a thrill out of the looks on peoples’ faces when I gift them something off my machine at no cost to them.

My girlfriend has recently been asking for a lot of customized crochet needle hooks for her collection. They’re not hard at all to design and then send off to the printer. She’s so excited and tells everyone about them and how much she adores them. She’s crocheted me a blanket which I adore too.

I have made a lot of practical things for myself. I don’t know if any of it would ever make up for the amount of money I invested into the 3D printer, monetarily speaking, but the amount of time and energy saved has been worth it when I really needed something custom made and on the fly. The creativity and knowledge built up from using this has also been a plus. Been a nice talent to grow and expand upon and a neat thing to bring up to people.

Strictly online…ugh. Do we really need more games like this? Can’t I just choose to play online if I’d like to? Why must the damn game be played online?

My current hardware setup isn’t great which is another thing I’ll need to improve upon as time goes on.

I was the opposite. Never used the video but wanted it for the shipping advantages. I canceled because of the ads out of principle even though I didn’t use the videos.

I’ve found that I don’t use the shipping as much as I used to and don’t need to.

If it’s on the registration plate (what we in the States call a license plate), then that’s not so bad since it’s not directly on the car itself.

Sticker…I had a brainfart when I said “badge” and meant stickers. I’ve seen the name of the dealership and even the address of the dealership written out as a full sticker put directly onto the paint.

I see it every once in a while when you see an out of state vehicle here or if I go to another state. It’s never been something that caught on here except for Carmax and one of those online sellers. But it always looks so tacky and I have no idea how people are okay with that. A license frame is bad enough but at least it’s held on with screws and not jeopardizing the integrity of the paint…

That’s funny because mine did the opposite. Without the frame, mine has been rattling. I kept wondering where that sound came from and then one day I played with the license plate and realized it wasn’t tightened fully. Well, it is, but there’s a gap that is causing it to move.

So while I haven’t put the dealership one back on, I actually threw it away, I’m going to have to get some frame for the first time to fix this annoying sound. I usually just go without any frame for my license plate.

First thing I do when buying a vehicle, new or used, is take off the ugly license plate frame that advertises the dealership. I’m glad I don’t live in other states where it seems more trendy to put an actual badge sticker from the dealership onto the paint of your car. I see those for Carmax and can’t understand how anyone is fine with that unless they got a discount on the car in doing so.

I was walking out of the gas station and the older lady at the counter yelled out to me, “mm I love watching you leave in those jeans.”

I was flattered and I still think about it some days.

Most times I just admire their physical beauty and then carry on with my day. What keeps me thinking about them is a seemingly mutual interest on their part. If they make eye contact and smile or shyly gaze away after a smile and eye contact, or if we happen to both look over our shoulders at each other as we pass by….you could be in my thoughts for a few days, even.

Maybe some more spinoffs like the Tiny Tina’s series?
