“In his veto message, Newsom wrote the enforcement of heat safety rules should be done only by the state’s workplace safety agency, the Division of Occupational Safety and Health (Cal/OSHA) and not be determined by the workers’ compensation system.”
Wow, from The Atlantic even.
Did you look through the history of this channel?
WOW…
You may want to look at the history of these channels before posting their content. If this guy doesn’t walk around wearing a shirt that says “Neo-Nazi FTW”, I don’t know how it could be more clear.
Well the power usage can vary depending on the setup. Some of these bigger facilities actually use sunlight, and there are other configurations that I’ve seen that plan to convert rooftops into growing spaces. The pump equipment takes quite a bit as well.
Or even one 🤣
What other 5 are you talking about?
Why? You should just port Tempest 2000 and save yourself some time.
Jokes on you, Onion, because that is very clearly a Vibraphone and not a Glockenspiel. DEUUUUHHHHHHHH
It’s has less to do with the hosting duties, and more about the information and perspective coming in. They should focus on hiring the newsroom support staff and other co-hosts for unique perspectives.
Yeah…not sure what this means yet unless he set himself on fire. Kinda crazy.
Or that the jillion other chemicals are the problem.
No
You have may Dyslexia, which is totally common.
Very specific things could be, but I don’t think there’s a real need to build an entire company on it unless you’re desperate to get bought for an idea.
I don’t see them having a second and third idea to really keep an entire company going, and at that point, just work out how to build your own thing.
This is not “solved” because, y’know, it’s not a thing we expected to have happened. We know exactly how biogenesis happens, we just don’t know the origins or the catalyst because we can’t be everywhere at once and with a microscope.
See my other replies to this person.
It’s not about the feasibility, but about the suitability.
I think a lot of people saw Matt Damon growing potatoes in human shit and thought it was legit and not specific to non-earth soil.
Already seeing signs for this everywhere.
I certainly didn’t create the FDA, USDA, or medical science. Doesn’t have anything to do with me.
If you want to take a chance on it, go for it, but seems a lot of people who specialize in the field all say you’re wrong.
It most definitely is not.

I believe some small pilot programs in EU allowed specific types of TREATED sewage to be used, but that’s a whole different thing.
No, he’s saying the law has issues, and was unnecessary because Cal/OSHA already does this. The biggest issue with the language in this bill is that it removes the regulators from the loop to enforce issues, and puts the honus on the employer, which creates a problem. Basically, the if a worker makes a claim, then the employer would have to prove it wasn’t their fault, and not OSHA as it is now. It creates a loophole that will certainly be abused on all sides.
