Yoel Roth is the former head of Trust & Safety at Twitter and now a Tech Policy Fellow at UC Berkeley. This episode does a pretty good job, I think, of pointing out the strengths and challenges of moderation on the fediverse and other decentralized systems. Great listen for anyone interested in this sort of stuff.
