If someone maliciously creates a community after a username, that’s against the rules and the community will be removed. It would very explicitly violate at least rule 2 (be respectful), possibly more depending on what the malicious user posts on it. The user with the same name as the community can then ask to have the community transferred to them if they want.

You’re still free to create and use this community of course, and using it legitimately to either post your personal content and/or having people discuss you in a civil fashion, is still perfectly within the rules for what communities can be used for. But I thought I’d just comment on this since we do seem to be having a problem of trolls impersonating other users lately.
