Friend, it was a joke and commentary on the packaging which specifically says “may help.”
I’m not an idiot; I don’t think a decorative pin would help with tech support issues. I just thought it was funny that even the dopes selling this BS know enough to not claim it “will help” or “does help” so that they don’t get sued for false advertising. But there’s nothing illegal about saying that something might help.
