Not sure he understand they’re not employees of Pizza Hut. They’re employees of the franchise.
I also don’t think he understands how low margin food is. If an employee doesn’t generate enough value they are gone. It’s not a charity.
What’s your point? That pizza hut saved up revenue and was able to buy back shares instead of refunding franchises so they could afford delivery drivers for a year?
The money that went into the stock buy backs (paying the rich) came from the value created by the laborers, when it instead should have fairly gone to the laborers so they could have a living wage. The reason it hasn’t is greed.
This is one of the dumbest things I’ve ever read. You just stated companies should be non-profits. That means they wouldn’t pay taxes, they couldn’t expand, they’d have no safety net.
It isn’t greed to have a profit.
Surprise surprise you couldn’t answer my questions.

Surprise surprise, you couldn’t understand the argument even when spelled out to you in the simplest way possible.
Any more glib back and forth you’d like to have?
You haven’t spelled out anything, you have no idea how much franchises pay in fees so your claim that that’s the problem is ignorant.
Yeah, because billions of dollars just appear out of nowhere.

I’ve explained this multiple times now.

Woosh
It’s no Woosh. . Sadly you think you won the internet with that statement.
Do you understand how profits and CEO pay have increased by thousands of percentages while pay for employees has not?
This SHOULD be a huge issue for Republicans but since they’re all full on fascists now they no longer understand basic economics.
Your “greedy CEOs” rant has nothing to do with the current situation. The franchises which hire and pay the delivery drivers don’t have CEOs.
How are Republicans being fascists in this situation?
Don’t expect logic from the greedy people.
I think it’s funny. It’s greedy for people to want to keep their money and not give it to them. It’s the other way around in my opinion.
Again, it seems that you dont know how franchises work.
The money to pay employees is extracted by the CEOs of the parent company.
The franchises do, in fact, have CEOs.
Back to my question you still can’t answer.
How much money do you think pizza hut gets from its franchasises?
The franchasises do not have CEOs they are LLCs they are single owned or partnerships and are not required to have CEOs.
