Wastewater data has become perhaps the best metric to track the spread of the virus in the U.S., but it’s an imperfect tool.

I’ll note that an updated booster came out this past fall, and few Americans have gotten it.

    Wash your hands. Sleep in a separate bed if you can. Our second go around in the household, I assumed we were all doomed again, but somehow my wife was the only one that caught it.

      It may sound crazy but my girlfriend and I have avoided getting each other sick by simply wearing cloth masks while sleeping in the same bed. It has worked for several illnesses but I don’t think any were covid
