I ordered a new keyboard from keychron.ca but forgot to update my address since the last time I ordered (I moved to a new city). So now the order is paid, not yet fulfilled, but I can’t get through to help and there’s no option for changing the address.

I sent them an email and I keep waiting for somebody to be available in the chat. I don’t want to relax too much or wait too long, just in case they send it to the wrong address. At that point it will be too late.

Has anybody dealt with a similar situation from Keychron?

Edit: They did finally respond and changed the shipping address in the backend (it does not appear in my order listing but I’ll trust them that it’s changed in the places that matter).
