I didn’t get my workout done this morning since my dog chose today to cuddle but after class I hit the rower for 20 minutes! Comrade @Assian_Candor@hexbear.net gave me some excellent advice regarding pacing and avoiding burning out too early which I’m looking forward to implementing in my next workouts! I’m in this for the long haul, I’ve spent too much of my life out of shape and I don’t want to have the health issues that comes from being over weight and not exercising
