One of my earliest memories was watching Ghostbusters II as a kid. I remember being affected largely by this movie. The bathtub scene, the abduction scene, the underground train scene, so many scenes left an impact on me as a kid for so long. Same with “Return To Oz” and “The Twilight Zone: The Movie,” and “Where the Red Fern Grows”
What did it for you when you were a youngun?
Woke up randomly in the middle of the night at around 5 years old to “USA - Up All Night” (which, for anyone who doesn’t know, was the name of the USA TV Channel’s night time, more adult oriented, programming). They were playing the movie Poltergeist and I had the pleasure of waking up just in time to see the scene with the kids being dragged under the bed by the clowns.
Needless to say, it took about 15 years for me to sleep with my feet even close to the edge of the bed.
