    I don’t think they typically include a judge though. Gag orders are usually to protect the case, whether that’s to limit witness tampering/intimidation or to stop the press from getting info. Anyone can file a motion at any time to do whatever they want, but a judge doesn’t have to honor that motion.

      If jurors see the judge and his daughter getting death threats (thats next), how protected are the jurors going to feel rendering a decision? This absolutely affects the case.
