Hi everyone,

I will be coming to Lux soon, I am in talks for houses and wanted some info.

Can I register at the commune (Munsbach) with a sublease agreement? (Private room)
Is it required that the agreement be registered at the commune, or it holds validity also if not registered. Would it make any difference if it is registered or not from a tenant’s point of view?
