According to my friend, and randomly adults in their 40s and up, their was a tar like pyramid shaped hallucinogen that you could only get when bill clinton was in office. The ledgend says that when he left office, all the dealers and people who knew in depth about it just disappeared. You bring it up today, and sometimes you get “Oh wow! I havnt thought of that stuff in a looong time!”
