I’ve been using my deck for some weeks now and I’ve been completely in love with such a versatile machine.
It made me rediscover some old titles from GameCube and also more recent ones from steam. But there is something that annoys me : I spend to much time setting up the game. Trying to optimize the image quality/FPS ratio.
This machine is awesome but it miss some « easy setup » things.
Why not auto import most common settings from the other players? I suppose there are plenty among protondb.
I know some of you love doing such optimizations and I don’t want Valve to remove the ability to do it. But I like the idea of having a « default » behavior that just works for most people. I don’t have enough gaming time to spend half of it in the settings TBH.
And you, what’s your biggest pain point? How would you like Valve to improve it?
