Does anyone know how to make Rakia or have an uncle they can ask?

I have a 50L still and more than 50kg of figs and I want to give it a try for fun.

Should I chop the fruit? leave it whole? blend it? How much water to add? how much sugar per kg of figs? Roughly how long should it ferment?

I’m not new to fermenting/brewing but this would be my first time doing rakia from whole fruits so I need a little guidance getting the right process and ratios.
