I’ve been looking into buying impact driver, but with some research done I’ve concluded that these are not best for mechanical work because of little control over torque. Impact wrenches are just bigger versions of drivers. Drills are nice because you can control torque and not overtighten bolts by accident, but they are a bit bulkier. If you had to choose one to get for working on car, which one would you get and why?
