I’ve made a shroud to put my bench grinder in when I use it. Trying to set up a thing to also plug my shop vac (3hp) into to suck up the dust as it goes.

The shroud works well… the vacuum tube thing… not.

Anyone have suggestions to maybe re-work it and try?

(The black tubes I used to build the shoud aren’t hollow, so I can’t run the vaccum thru that. I have concidered rebuilding it with basic pvc that is hollow throughout and running the air thru it?)
