I really need to start doing push-ups again. Now during the summer I stopped for many months and my arms got smaller and my back starts to feel weaker. Clothes don’t fit as well and my posture changed.
I changed jobs about 6 months ago and it’s been a lot of learning, and then I haven’t taken the time to do my exercises. Will get back to them… Maybe today!
My goal is to once again be able to do push-ups with my back on a chair and a weight west of 12 kilos. I was doing 30 * 3 push-ups before with that.
