It’s awesome to see such a diverse range of partner communities here! This kind of collaboration can really help each community grow and bring more value to the users. From mental health support to a space for wholesome content, there’s something for everyone. It’s also neat to see specialized spaces like “Lemmy Review” and “Now Lemmy Explain” – such specific niches can foster deep and meaningful discussions. Great job fostering this interconnected community vibe! Cheers!
Hi there! Looks like you linked to a Lemmy community using an URL instead of its name, which doesn’t work well for people on different instances. Try fixing it like this: !youshouldknow@lemmy.world), !mildlyinfuriating@lemmy.world), !lemmyreview@lemmy.world), !asklemmy@lemmy.world), !jokes@lemmy.world), !comedyheaven@lemmy.world), !nowlemmyexplain@lemmy.world), !mentalhealth@lemmy.world)
Editing right now, thanks.
Thank you mods for your work! I’m loving these communities!
Would you consider adding !health@lemmy.world ? We don’t put other comms into our sidebar however, as we’re building a list of all health-related communities on Lemmy (currently just under a 100) and we just wanna be a hub for anything health related :p
Done. :)

Just curious, but what does it mean or imply to be a partnered community in this context?

I had to go out of my way to block all the tiny animated awards and all that crap on reddit. Can we PLEASE not start with the same nonsense here? Or at least get an option to hide them?

Referencing something on one site that is reminiscent of something on this site does not mean I equate them.
Because you do have animated icons next to the username. As illustrated by OP. Which is what was being referenced.

I am not a mod - in fact I only heard about it today from Blaze@sopuli.xyz - but there is a neat community called !newtolemmy@lemmy.ca that seems very relevant to add, perhaps containing answers to some people’s common questions already.:-)
