What on earth is going on?

- May 20th in Oshawa (https://www.drps.ca/news/no-injuries-after-shots-were-fired-at-a-home-in-oshawa/)
Nearly all of these happening in the middle of the night, with police finding shell casings, but no victims or suspects.

Sarcasm aside, even if these people/person is caught, they’d get out on a promise to show up in court.
While out, they would commit three dozen more crimes until they are caught again.
Then they’d be released with a promise to appear.
Rinse and repeat.
