The most American thing about his pic is that he’s scared to actually write “Bank of America” in case he gets sued

Or he could actually stop being a pussy, actually write it, get sued and draw attention to the problem?

True, but it takes big balls. By doing so, you’re provoking a big corporation that has all the resources to destroy your life.

              'Cayse everybody’s so scared
              We don’t wanna go there
We don’t wanna make a move
We got our lives to lose
              Screaming in the dark while
We just play our parts out
              And I play along
              Like I don’t know what’s going on

Yeah, the first one to stand up has to be the most courageous. He becomes the leader and example. Others might decide to follow (or not).

In many capitalist/right-wing countries like the US, more often than not, money is king.

Alex Schaefer does write the actual names of the bank in the art, which is fair artistic use and as far as I know he’s never been sued for it. Obviously you can’t just put the banks names and logos on the back of a shirt and sell it but also, that would be counter to the point of the shirt which is to obviously satirize the names.
