Am I the only one coming away from this post actually impressed with the idea?
“If it’s stupid but it works then it’s not stupid”
Until you hit a crack in the ground lol
I don’t want to be a bother to anyone. But if anyone asks me I will gladly help and not think of them as a bother. I don’t know why I can’t, in the moment, realize others most likely feel the same. Must be a self esteem thing.
You are not the only one who feels this way.
I concur
If nobody’s got me, rolling office chair’s got me.
Its looks like a herman miller aeron
I commented the same thing before I found your post.
I love my Aeron. Picked it up in excellent shape for 70% below retail from a bankruptcy liquidator.
I’m actually this kind of person, and sometimes I wish I had asked others for help.
I feel like I never actually helped anyone so I do not deserve anything.
have you ever thought about volunteering anywhere? that could be a good place to get started helping people.
If his friends are anything like mine, he did ask for help and this is all his friends who came to help…
Michael complained about his back, Gary said his truck broke down, and Brent, of course, isn’t answering his phone.
Ahhh my best mates a Brent, he wonders why he always gets semi abusive voice mails all the time, answer your phone once this century mate.
I’m in that picture and it doesn’t feel good.
I’d be way more proud of this though
What it feels like being drunk out of my mind trying to navigate my wheelchair bound grandma back home after an aggravated afternoon of boggle.
Reminds me of an old Jewish mother joke.
How many Jewish mothers does it take to change a lightbulb?
“It’s all right, I’ll just sit in the dark.”
Wheels are always a great idea when moving things. Big straps also great (thank you forearm forklifts).
Always be careful with stairs though.
Is this guy using a Herman Miller Aeron as a towing dolly? Lol
Getting bougie with it
I just hung 4 shelves in my garage. 2 were 8ft long, and 2 were 10ft long. I’m proud to have done it by myself
That’s awesome! There’s a home improvement comm around here somewhere that seems to have a lot of DIYers.
Would choose to you pull and risk damaging the lounge, or push and risk damaging the chair.
Sideways.
that’s actually super smart yet so dumb
I did an entire move once using an office chair like this. Fortunately both apartments were in the same complex.
Should’ve asked the maintenance guy to use his dolly. Most are pretty cool about stuff like that.
