I swear, the only sane time to be outside this time of year is after 8pm. I turn into a night owl. If I were to run this city, I would actively try to have businesses stay open late/all night. I know Now is when the snow birds leave and sales drop… but we don’t have to live like this! we don’t have to keep oven mits in the car for the steering wheel when we first get in and drive away…

In the dead of summer, the best time to cook a steak outside is at 4am. Weather is perfect then. THAT should be the time we all go out and get things done.
