    If I remember correct:

    • put them on at 12pm, temperature at 135c (275f).
    • wrapped at 4pm in butcher paper.
    • put into a cooler to rest at about 5pm.
    • rested for 1h15.

    I used smokingdadbbq his video as a guideline.
