Nakasagap ako ng chismis that our company is planning to push a RTO next year despite ALL employees saying they hate it.
Our client (bless them) have been pushing back on the RTO call because they know they’ll lose most of us before the year’s end.
It’s clear as day to these foreigners (our clients) how horrendous the traffic and public transport here in Manila, so they’re so confused why our company is pushing everyone to the office when our current setup works so well.
