It’s been a long time sinxe I watched 30 Rock but I remember someone once saying that Kenneth is actually a friendly(hopefully) Eldritch horror and it tracks. I truly believe that that was pizza in there before the box was opened.
They allude to that in several episodes. There are jokes about him being an immortal being.
