    The Wolf Amendment was enacted in 2011 and prevents direct U.S.-Chinese bilateral cooperation except in cases where the FBI can certify that there is no national security risk to sharing information with the Chinese side in the course of work.

    Is the obstacle that we’re the only country on earth that already has our own moon rocks to study and they were gathered by human hands?

      Lunar rocks from the other side of the moon, smart-ass - Uncle Sam has yet to reach over there. India’s lunar rover was not that close, but it was still valuable information. China’s landing was much more closer.

        Still, as good as American scientists may be, i can trust scientists from a reputable proxy. I believe that the us has reasons to be cagey with China, and this really was just a pointless dig and a showing of frustration that may or may not be related to dark side moon rock composition.
