We can share ten blue rose plants if you want to plant them on your island. After an island reaches level 3 and has the beautify ordinance the blue roses multiply as fast as the other flowers.

We like using gold and blue roses as gifts for the villagers. My island had enough blue roses now so I am replacing many of them with gold roses, I get a few extra blue roses every day. I can/will sell them but willing to share if anyone needs a few to get started.
