I’m thinking of coming back to Diablo IV but don’t want to if I still have to sort through 30 rares after each dungeon.

It’s gotten much better in season 4. First time I’ve managed to level to 100 as well.
I wouldn’t waste the time. They’ve made everything a grind.
Grind is kinda the purpose of the genre…
