Surprisingly, Ukraine invading Russia back is actually something I had thought about, and I’m certain it’s been talked about on one of the NCDs.

It would be absolutely hilarious if they seized a bunch of territory, and used it as a bargaining chip to get their own territory back.

Semi-credibly, I’m watching to see if the offensive pivots east to cut off attackers north of Kharkiv, but it seems like they went over the border along ways away from that area if that was their goal.

I would say a peninsula for a peninsula: Ukraine should takes Kola Peninsula and the whole russia nuclear arsenal there and trade it for crimea ^^. Admiral Kuznetzov do so much smoke that russia would never see Ukraine army coming :P.

Or - and hear me out - they take Kola Peninsula, don’t trade it for Crimea, and just keep taking Russian territory until all of the Russian logistics fail completely, reclaim all the Russian-occupied territory, and then keep taking more territory

or I have one better: Ukraine takes Kola peninsula, give it to finland in exchange for NATO membership and boom, NATO enter in the war to takes east of russia before the chinese (since the west would in control of Ukraine in order to get the Kola Peninsula) ^^
