Stumbled onto a game called Vampire Survivors on the PlayStation and, well, it’s addictive, to put it mildly. Amazing game mechanics. (And I don’t usually enjoy rougelikes.)

@[email protected] works quite well on PC too. Steam has it, though I don’t know how well it runs on other OS’s than Windows.
@[email protected] I believe it’s originally a PC game and the PlayStation port is rather recent.
@aral I love it! And you get a 15 min bite and can decide to play again or stop after it.
@Tupp_ed Yeah, and the persisted perks and different stages really keep it moving. Twice now I’ve made it to almost half an hour (both times dying at 29m something seconds on the library stage…)
