minus-squarebstix@feddit.dklinkfedilinkarrow-up2·2 months agoIt definitely exists in Canada. Mostly in condos, where it makes sense. The issue in USA is that they have many more gated communities where the HOAs have way too much power to “manage” the community.
What do you mean everywhere? I’ve never seen that in Canada.
