A bit of Korean and Chinese punk. A smattering of Chinese grunge. Some Malaysian Buddhist music. Some Taiwanese Buddhist death metal (no, really!).
There are two artists that I really like, and I pretty much have their entire discography.
Took it as a challenge to make a “Best of” playlist for each containing only songs that would fit on a single CD or less than one hours worth.
It worked out!

I rewatched Zodiac, so I’ve been listening to Hurdy Gurdy man and muttering and puttering along to the tune for days now.
I listened to the track at https://lemm.ee/post/41528735 (listentothis community) the other day, then had to listen again today 'cos it was stuck in head.
This version of Where Did You Sleep Last Night has been on repeat today https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=ctuyHOym7IY
Revolution Lover, came up in random in my Spotify. It’s a catchy tune.
Been running through the Shaolin Afronauts’ five album suite The Fundamental Nature of Being. If you like jazzy things and wanna step into something new - I’d still recommend Fela Kuti as one’s intro to afrobeat, but the Shaolin Afronauts are damn incredible in their own right and absolutely worth a listen. Here’s the opening song from the first part!

Ace Combat music. I can’t help but get Megaman-y and SNES vibes from this one!
