There is little to no moderation on the generated made by the users, some generators I found are dedicated towards highly illegal material, why is there no way to report such things currently

Are you mentioning AI generators or all sorts of Perchance generators? Either way you should ping @perchance@lemmy.world for stuff like this.
im talking about the perchance generators, I found one example of a perchance generator hosted on the platform that is literally just a CP generator
